which symbol? it's possible a Nasdaq stock trades in the pennys. although eventually, it will have to reverse split in order to regain it's Nasdaq listing requirement share price.
There is premarket trading on some otc's but not many - not sure which brokers allow it. From what I understand when you see premarket activity it is definitely trades but after hours are just late prints.
