FROM LAST WEEK'S MEETING...

100,000,000 NEW SHARES...Nearly double what is in circulation today.

Talk upside all you want, but FCEL is capped at $1.86, and the DOWNSIDE is SO MUCH LOWER.

And there are NO MAJOR WINS ON THE HORIZON.

All the new shares do is DILUTE the existing shareholders and keep the lights on a little longer.

The market is always depressed this time of year. There is less trading in the Holiday season. I look for positive momentum to start to build around Monday January 8th pending the financials. The 4th QTR financials are going to be Huge !!
