A combination of technical analysis and good news. There is a gap to fill up to 0.04 in the chart which can cause upward price movement toward that level. Of course, we need a good bit of volume to achieve this, so the next set of PRs needs to be very juicy as we expect them to be. News of official end to dilution should be a good one to get us started and that is imminent.
