In that old PR it said once they are up and running a new company will emerge Canoe Pool America. I think this means no more Santo. The shell SANP will become Canoe Pool America and I think this means Canoe Pool America will be the merged companies and will likely change the ticket symbol and name and a couple of SANP execs will be in that company along with Canoe guys. It's like a merger where Canoe is buying Santo in a way.
