I’m thinking the same thing. Allot of shares have been swallowed up and the available float is much tighter than we expect.

I guess the hope would be that management owns the greater portion of the float/OS and will act in the best interest of the "shareholders other than management". But the people who do the work will certainly want to get paid ;)

Latest tweets indicate posting of an actual contract between company and a provider to dealerships at the end of this week. I look forward to reading it!
