My gut feeling is these guys have floundered and BS'd here for years paying themselves 150k a year .... I think they have FINALLY pieced together a deal here that works for both sides....Canoe who frankly needs to get the hexx out of China to escape the govts regulations against cryptos and our shell here - lets call it what it is- a cheap way for them to get a quick U.S. presence ..... my fear is these two guys will blow it as they are not used to working in the hi tech space and are frankly salesman..... if they blow it expect a R/S and a .0001 share price by May 2018 . IF they pull it off this could be a $6 dollar stock by 1st Q 2018 regarddless of how many billion of shares are out there ...... cryptos catch fire as you have all seen or you wouldnt be here .....
