So if GERS hit 10.00 what would $$$$ BTZO $$$$ be worth?

So 0.026 !?? for BTZO

We now can state with more certainty (not absolute certainty in any way) that the windfall appears to be at least $200 million or $10 per GERS' common share. Other possibilities including additional licensing would make the settlement even more attractive.

nobody12378, very good. I cant come close to anything like you have just posted-my simple brain tells me we will definitely have a huge, multi-million dollar settlement. Most know GERS-BTZO are connected in some way. Now when the final settlement is confirmed, I suspect BTZO to have a nice run (.005 maybe). Then in a few months if KK has some mischief up his sleeve for BTZO, could see a plunge in PPS. So what I am getting at is I will be prepared to sell at a certain point alot of my shares just as insurance against KK. But I definitely believe big investors to run this up on an anouncement-what happens down the road is anyones guess. JMHO.

It’s fun to speculate but in all seriousness nothing known til it actually happens...

If we’re correct in our assessment and Kevin doesn’t screw the common holders we know a potential payday is just a matter of time...

How large is the question but I like your numbers better than mine... :-D

If common shareholders don't get a fair price, there will be another lawsuit and the common shareholder WILL win.... I don't believe the company or courts would let the common shareholder fall short of a share price representative of the settlement.

You do realize if this settlement is anywhere what you say, more has to go back to the company and shareholders. This would be criminal any other way. you would have to be a total fool to screw the shareholders. If this isn't handled correctly, I already have a major law firm ready to file. I'm sure it will be handled correctly. No reason not to think it will be different.

That $10/share isn’t on a fully diluted basis (accounting for the preferred)...

Fully diluted my guesstimate is 1-2 dollars per share on $200 million settlement, still a large number...

No reason we can’t see a .50-2.00 stock price based on the above, my initial targets...
