PSPW, I believe the same billionaires that created the Dubai sports city and 3Power Energy are working with the Albanian government to bring something similar to Albania and I also believe this is the reason why 3power Shala is getting into the power business And electricity trading in Albania. I believe that 3power will be the ones that generate the green energy for this huge project whether it be solar wind Hydro or a combination imo
