You forgot to mention that Warner Bros terminated the licensing agreement with HJOE - because Adamson didn't pay the royalty.

Just like the disappearing Larry the Cable Guy.

Adamson didn't pay the attorney on the KBM lawsuit either.

HJOE/Adamson has a real problem paying what the company owes.
