Been years since Madoff Securities scammed anyone too. That's not a good reason to hand your money over to Bernie now.

I wouldn't advise buying or selling until the SEC completes their investigation.


I'd be surprised if Barton was even allowed to sell the MDIN name right now, thus I don't believe anyone is actively pursuing a merger.
I think it's all a Figliolini of Barton's imagination.


All his accounts have been seized and all business activities monitored and scrutinized by the SEC.
Since Barton will have to liquidate everything he owns and will likely end up penniless and in prison, there's no reason for him to seek a buyer for his scam.
