Beautiful this is what I have been trying to connect the dots on. LDSR is Classidocs now. What else could be going on especially since the LDSR website is registered to Classi. Jason must be rolling his company into his own public company.
It did not take him long to roll this into it's own shell so my intial DD is turning out to be correct. A reverse merger with Classidocs
I cant find the terms of that deal or what valuation they gave to Classidocs
