I'm not versed in the listing / delisting rules on the TSX. Apparently Hellix hasn't violated any of those rules yet. Normally a company would resist being delisted as it hinders their ability to generate revenue. However its possible Hellix no longer cares to sell more stock and instead plans on buying back outstanding shares at some point in the future. Even if they got delisted it wouldn't mean we lost our shares. The shares simply become less liquid (harder to transact if not listed on an exchange). I provided this for clarification purposes only and not for the personal benefit of promoting Hellix. I certainly understand your concern and hesitance in pursuing this stock any further.
