Thanks for the E-trade Email Others are getting different E-trade excuses and we know the Ex-date. which has come and gone and schwab delivered my 2nd dividend nearly 2 months ago. so that E-trade excuse want fly. It just sounds like another excuse of the many they are just flat out making up. On September 29, 2017, Sylios received notification from FINRA that they had received the necessary documentation to process the corporate action requested by Sylios and its transfer agent, Pacific Stock Transfer. The Record Date for the spin-off was September 15, 2017 with a Payment Date of October 2, 2017. I got both my dividends thru Schawb and now we have a 3rd one coming next month. I'm buying more UNGS before Jan. 2nd to make sure I qualify for the next UNGS dividend.
If E-Trade has FTD's or Naked Shorts, then they are trying to cover them, if other brokers have already issued dividends to their members, then why hasn't E-Trade? If they are attempting to cover before the end of the fiscal year, then you're going to see volume increasing expeditiously after Christmas and after New Years.

Look at this months UNGS naked shorts. Almost 100% this month. Yesterdays numbers have not shown up yet UNGS had some nice volume yesterday. I'm interested in seeing if they covered".
