I’m not sure that’s entirely accurate.

Financials are based on actuals whereas forecasts are based on past performance with estimates due to future catalysts. These need to be put into a monetary form and spread over the fiscal period.

The company has had an impossibly hard time completing their existing financials, again actual numbers. How are they possibly going to take their actuals (that they haven’t finished) and include future revenue guidance based on a company that has never had its revenue forecasted on its current scale.

Also... they are late every filing, so... if you’re going to offer me revenue guidance on a quarter based on a prior quarter but I don’t know the prior quarters revenue... pretty much means nothing to me.

Not saying they can’t do it, but based on their lack of prioritizing forecasting/financial standards, I doubt they’ll do forecasting unless they just want to hype the market to get the stock to explode.

Either way, doesn’t matter to me. Just get their shit together and I’ll be happy.
