Yeah, i think you are reffering to TNW Wireless inc, which is the iPCS part. Fully owned by us.
TNW Networks is also ours.

Other bits under TNW name are not ours (like TNW Data Centers)

For Us its TNW Networks / iPCS (TNW Wireless) / iFramed / Blocknum (with GIGA)

I think Nytex is under TNW Networks, but Im not sure.
