As nice as that sounds...TC has no realistic options to do that other than an RS. There are close to 8 Billion shares in the market.

I like your plan na na, I see no reason for a r/s, 8bb shares is manageable. It's just more
noise from the gallery attacking the credibility of a growth company.
They did the same thing with
Yahoo and Amazon.
