"Now they know they can increase without safety or side effect concerns". I would agree with the "safety" concerns but I'm not so sure about the side effect statement you made. I know several individuals who take Ziagen and they complain about the side effects they have from taking this medication. My speculation is there will a high drop-out rate in the Prurisol trial due to the side effects participants experience. That's one of the reasons I believe the trial will fail.
