it will be interesting to read the Agreement Filed with the K in March 2018

re: location .. it's pretty clear it's a southern site .. some of us have been pressing P2O for a
blog on P2O's website .. maybe that comes in 2018 .. first for sector related news .. eventually
for RC's site progress

would be nice to see for all with interest .. ;)
