I guarantee the note holders didnt take less than the original amount. Matter of fact they would have got a sweeter deal or they wouldnt have negotiated it in the first place. There is NOT enough shares in the A/S to cover the old debt. Also the 2 new notes Bishop took out that will be coming due soon.
