$TXTM Protext Pharma taking steps to restructure preferred stock already issued as company contemplates strategic acquisition in emerging cannabis related space. Result would make available approximately 30% of already issued Preferred stock and should be completed by year end.

Anyone not expecting TXTM to be issued the MJ license in South Africa by 1/31/18? We have just four trading days left in 2017 of course.

I do not think they get it this week, just 4 trading days to go in 2017 but I want to throw the question out there. I own and hoping for the best here. Thanks.
