ADAC doesn't seem to know where their office is located.

In the last 10-Q:

110 Director’s Row, Suite B Jackson, TN 38301

On the website it has:

1000 N Green Valley Pkwy
Ste 380 Henderson, NV 89074

The problem is that ADAC isn't registered as a business entity in Nevada.

Hell, ADAC isn't registered as a business entity in Tennessee - so they can conduct business in either state they have listed as their address.
