I don't care who gets this or not. Th is is going to be a clean shell... No debts and the control block in place. Why leave a director on - if you aren't going to eventually do sometting with it or sell the shell off to ...a private company? In an emerging sector?

We have firm proof from the trustee - ALL DEBT HAS BEEN SATISFIED! Hard to argue with that fact and this SS.
