I would totally agree with that and I think most would as well unless they get the price up to $10....then maybe tolerable

Selling is also part of what i mentioned in point number one whether selling a franchise or the whole company, But how much premium do you think you can get on a 3 dollar company ? They must appraise to the real potential otherwise a sale is useless. so a full sale at this point for a decent price is probably out of the question.
