Next corporate action if anything will be to file that "delayed" 20-F. Imo..if anything was to happen in 2018...



But on the other hand..the lack of actions both in PR's and SEC filings from NEWLF over the past year has also come with a period of 0 dilution(assuming OTC markets figures are correct)...


In the past when there was news and filings the OS would increase so fast....


Maybe its a blessing in disguise this period..a pump and dump attempt on the share price may not be met with a bloated OS
