That might apply to the 3000 acres of mineral rights CLF acquired from Glacier, but if the 500 acres of land they bought physically block Chippewa from accessing good land they intended to mine, they're SOL - BK court cannot prevent private sale of land. Sure wish there was a geological map available showing IO deposits, plots of private/public land, who owns them, and who owns the mineral rights for each plot.
