Why is people selling at .0002???-why knot???

Affiliates of the debt note holders arrange for sales among themselves at 0002. Does retail react by buying in volume at 0002? If so the toxic note holders dump a little. If not, then they reset their Ask at 0001, and go away. Meanwhile on the retail side, one has literally billions of past shares dumped into the float at 0001. Some wanting to complete a flip trade at 0002. Others just wanting to get out. Hard to generate billions worth of share bids at 0002 to keep the stock up. Basically the stock goes to 0002, and back without retail able to do much of anything. Not enough volume.
