I don't see it at a negative at all. Whenever you can do a financing essentially at current market price (especially after a recent large run-up in share price) and the warrants are exercisable 16% above market it shows that the company providing the financing is enthusiastic about the future prospects and are willing to provide financing on favorable terms.
