I'm afraid that's a rather incomplete look at pumping. Granted the pump only generated a small number of trades above $.02, but it wasn't for lack of trying. Just lack of success.

Small hits on the sub-penny bids today. Looks like retail is just giving up and taking the loss before 12/31.
