Agree, you do understand why they haven't filed. They do own 80% of GERS. Owning 80% ,they can consolidate their returns saving thousands of dollars and making it less complicated. Once this is finalized, both these company's are going to take off. this is going to be exciting. I am currently buying all the .0001/.0002 I can get . There id no way this is not going to stay where it is now. Once the settlement comes out watch out.....
