Don't have any clue how many companies in total. But i guess that little companies will agree to a settlement first...the bigger ones may struggle a bit longer imo.

No, read the document . It says 500k or over.. 500k was the starting point

Settlement amount is different for each company and range from 500k to 5mil+++. The bigger company, the bigger the settlement.
