Chetnam, I do not believe so. What I saw was $4.95/trade even for a penny stock with eTrade.

I bought TXTM through Scottrade literally late last week. It changed as of this past Monday in that you could only sell it but not buy, TXTM through Scottrade, go figure.Thanks.
