OTCMarkets doesn't care all that much about the name of the company. It does exist in its home state. It just hasn't applied to FINRA for a name change.
But if Ricky wants a tier upgrade, all he has to do is submit the financial disclosure OTCMarkets wants. Along with an attorney letter, which is required once a year.
