Don't confuse SUCCESSFUL pump and dump with a pump and dump.

The biggest dump was a couple of days ago, right after the pump. But this was mostly a failure.

Still, a few folks got convinced to buy at $.0003-$.0005. They're not happy campers now. ;-);-)
