Very simple, it is the frauds that used Dietrich as their front man to defraud the naive public. People like IRTH Communications that did the stock promotion, Doug Leighton at Dutchess Capital who was the largest shareholder and had the most to gain and others that are the slime of the micro-cap markets. This company is a scene out of Boiler Room!
