CEO/Alan Grofe,told me Monday IN-SO-MANY-WORDS,CO'S-NOT-DUMPING-PUMPING-MANIPULATING-CONTROLLING PPS IN ANY WAY, and claims he has no knowledge of it:

as he is wealthy from selling a successful business and his stated purpose is to fund start-ups, I tend to believe him -- he wouldn't want to be hurting the stock right now;

but as stated he IS "moving company forward" with putting out fin's/ ending STOP and getting Current; executing business plan involving Cannabis market, hints of blockchain/bitcoin pay management involved, will be putting out PR's and as appropriate 8K's, "not sitting idle." -- See the previous posts and DD

This seems retail/ shorts manipulation, with some seeing the stock running away out of low trips, sold into 1's to try to buy more:

So far today almost no 1's traded but the few that went thru pulled down the daily avg., also a lot of 3's were slapped today:
