10yrs statue of limitation for financial crime-4Q2018
We need our board's "attorney not on retainer" reksudo to confirm, but I believe the statute of limitations is the deadline to file claims/charges. Any litigation already in process can continue.
Not sure about appeals, but I would think appeals have a separate statute of limitations with the clock starting at the time of the judgement. So the F&F court cases may continue another 10 years if we are lucky.
