New filing in the Lattuca case. GPL Ventures is seeking to dismiss the proceedings supplementary. They allege Florida has no jurisdiction over them. The also allege that Kate didn't disclose the lawsuit to GPL. Lastly, GPL alleged that it has ceased funding QEDN due to the Lattuca judgment.
Like I said many times before, lenders do no like unpaid judgments.
I wonder if Kate disclosed the Judgment to USAID? I wonder if Kate disclosed the Judgment to Banco Agro (or whatever it is called)?
