Mutual funds have a 19.99 tranfer fund fee.

I have never been charged to tranfer money, in or out.

Margin only comes into play fee wise if you are a day trader at 4x and get interest charged. You’d have to be super long on a stock for the interest rate on a margin account to matter. Margin accounts are much better for day trading, not buying and holding.
