Oh, I almost forgot. I was supposed to call a cell phone number provided by a poster who regularly bashes the company and believe the person on the other end to give me reliable information. Someone who it totally unknown to me, and whose identity cannot be accurately verified.

This is supposed to be "DD". Hmmmmm.....
