I've never tried Netflix. But your argument kind of supports my contention of why Netflix blew up. That and price. Don't get me wrong I believe in Viva. I only have Comcast to compare to and Comcast has all the shows available the next day I never watch anything when it first airs. Maybe that is what the hard drive everybody here keeps talking about is for, or maybe flixfilm will have shows tomorrow.
Happy trails.

evengelico, I've heard that a lot from Netflix subscribers, makes me wonder how did they get that big. But it also makes me say we should do just fine then. lol. But it has everything to do with the fact that Netflix aren't buying the movies, or series, it cost too much. They are only leasing them. And if the studios won't give them to Netflix, they can't show them. It pretty complicated. That should also give some insight as to just how difficult this had to be for Viva as some here railed on JF for not getting the movies out in a month or two. If the big outfits can't bring content out to the public till the content is old, it can't be easy for Viva.

I wasn't impressed with Netflix either and am a little surprised by its success level. A girlfriend has it and we usually stay in on weekends for movie nights. We've had trouble finding something new to watch and often resort to Redbox
