You are correct, I would suggest though it could, not will be.
I am not looking at best case scenario, I am preparing for very realistic numbers by own estimate, even on the low side. SO If I am happy with conservative estimates, anything above will be ecstatic.
I see a $1.00 plus on any award or settlement, even a small one as we could see a few run ups leading up to either one of those.
My opinion of course, just tempering my own expectations and trying to look at all kinds of scenarios. I want pie in the sky! I just don't expect it is all.
I have seen all of the numbers and estimates that got thrown around back before all of the delays when the run up started in the .15-.25 range as it went up. RIght now we are still a ways from .15, I mean .15 is about a 400% return at these prices or more for a lot of people.
