Sell rating across the board on Barchart ... short, mid and long term.

Barchart Opinions show traders what a variety of popular trading systems are suggesting in terms of going long or short the market. The Opinions takes up to 2 years' worth of historical data and runs these prices through thirteen different technical indicators. After each calculation, the program assigns a buy, sell or hold value for each study, depending on where the price lies in reference to the common interpretation of the study.

How exactly are they "locked in"? A verbal promise not to sell? Something formal like a contract with signature such that should they sell, they get penalized in some way? I suspect it is the former.

I "suspect" that since the company filed an 8-k with the Securities and Exchange Commission that the investors signed legal documents

I "suspect" that there is no way for them to convert a debt instrument into common shares since the company has to sign the conversion notice before it is sent to the transfer agent prior to shares being issued to debt holders, hence no shares for them to "just sell"

I "suspect" that anyone using barcharts is a novice bc it clearly states they use 30, 60, and 90 day trailing prices. They don't predict the future, just tell you where the stock was.....very antiquated and useless

I suspect that when VCA news comes the stock will be back to .50 like Popeye says
