Or was, and is this ticker still toxic due to some legal or stubborn preferred shareholder hold outs. Where you would have them still wanting there dividends. Which the company knows it can never pay.

These preferred could hold this crazy liability over there heads the rest of the tickers life. So why not transfer assets out. IDK. Just my two cents and looking at this ticker again.

And what's up with the 1 and 2 share prints.
