PGUS has 2 strong arms now with this new $10M non-convertible financing.

FARMING - Odds of us locking down a good % more in HUY FONG demand just shot up pretty high...

REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT - Needs of master plan and a solid amount of infrastructure have now also been met.

So we have $15M now in total to pull from including the S-1 correct?

This also allows time to increase the SP to a level we can access the S-1... like .06-.08

The OTC will find us soon I think...

Couldn't agree more..

It makes absolutely no sense IMO to be taking anything out of the farming operation until we've done everything we can to grab up the lion's share of supply to Huy Fong. It's all about growth at this stage.

Jan is the Man and i think the growth will be huge here looking forward to it.

10 Million Dollars and Huy Fong sums up in one word WOW...
