#6705 RE: x100xPercent #6701

I remember when INO was at $0.72/share in November 2008 and by August of 2009 it jumped up to $8/share. I'd be retired if I had just stayed in with my 200,000 shares but I did not, alas.

This stock has the same potential.

While a number of folks are comparing to Kush Bottle, I'm going to compare to Canopy Growth. It's doing legal MJ in Canada and started at about $1.81 back in January of 2016. Today its at $20/share with a $4billion market cap.

Remember, the shares being granted to Bizright WON'T be granted until their performance earns them the award so I would NOT expect to see an increase in the A/S level at this time. That means the current 220million A/S level is where we're going to stay for a while as those 450million WON'T see the marketplace until this time next year at the earliest. This is a pay for performance deal.

If SGMD hits a $4billion market cap with 220 million authorized shares, then we are looking at an $18/share stock this time next year. That presupposes that the company doesn't misstep but I can't believe that the Bizright folks don't want an $18/share price either especially with 450 million good reasons to get the price up.
