i know we all like to be kept abreast, but does anybody else think the CEO might have other priorities rather than reporting to us? maybe i'm a little dense, but i've never understood why investor traders always seem to think that a CEO has a fiduciary duty to above all take care of us first, and, more to the point, is morally obligated to make sure we can make money on our 'play'.

seems to me all things happen in their own due time, and this one shouldn't have to linger for too much longer. but now that we all expect everything to happen in 'mach' time, even nanoseconds seem to be more than most are willing to wait though.

btw... how is it that our omni-prescient poster hasn't yet brought this to its knees? wasn't it on November 1 that he stated this would be dead for a long time? and doesn't that fit with my concept of 'mock' time? sure wish he'd get on with it. i've wanted to add some cheap shares to my position, and i was assured on more than one post that this was coming backwards, if not going completely dead. unfortunately for me, i'm afraid i may not be getting much of anything for a lot less than what is currently being offered.

of course, i could be wrong. wouldn't be the first time. and hey! anybody who can tell that an 8-k isn't going to happen just by reading the chart -- was it the sto's? the cmf? the adx? the macd? inquiring minds want to know -- is way too smart for me. but, what the F! its not to say he's not knowledgeable. i know he is. but smug is not going to get rewarded with a hug.

fwiw, there was an inverted hammer on the chart yesterday and a small hammer today. are we about to see a reversal back to the uptrtend?
