So there has been 1 million shares traded since Friday on OTC? (and less than 200k on Merkur, where the free float is)

I don't think so, but let's assume it is correct - where do all these buyers come from?

Just to speculate; if the price moves now because of upcoming news - I doubt we'll have a PR stating that the loan is of. They'll postpone that till the Q4-report. However, what if the loan is really close and the collateral shares have been sold - what would be the best way to gain a lot of shares in a short amount of time? Maybe to make the impression that the PPS is about to collapse? I don't know, but there for sure is something awfully wrong with OTC - whether it is collateral shares, manipulative market makers, or (naked) shorting.

Anyways, we seem to be getting real close to something; 400k shares traded so far today while the record the past year has been 270k...
