Joint Ventures do not require debt also preferred shares are always an alternative if they get the right financiers.

Nutra Pharma, outside of Rik's pathetic choice of financing last time, has value more so than your typical OTC stock.

The losses on the books even has value to the right profitable company.

Nutra Pharma's stage is set to turn into a huge winner if Rik gets the right people helping.

His range of 2-20 million in financing on the way makes complete sense to me.

We shall see!!!

Debt being repaid requires investors who hope or believe they are getting a deal..

No amount of pumping or bogus PR can generate much buying interest if AS and more dilution is in the cards.

Nothing will prevent this from going to .0001 and zero volume. Then what?

It is now or never...
