AK - the charges are not that pages were "warned" to watch out for foley. The charges are that the press knew of it last year (read the SPT blogs and their own admission of this) and yet, did nothing to report it to law enforcement officials. However, they DID release it in time to support the democrat candidate they are endorsing.
SPT withholding doesn't excuse foley, but their withholding DOES make them complicit. Had they exposed it to the public when they FIRST learned about it, they might have saved some of the correspondence.
