not dead, no. de-listed to grey market which does make it very difficult to trade, although you should be able to call in orders if your online ordering isn't working. Company has indicated they are working on the paperwork etc to get back to normal trading.

This company is DEAD. Tim Ayre has issues with FINRA and will not get approved once he is on the new 211 (if they manage to get one filed).

This will be on the grey market forever. And whatever cash they have on hand will run out this year.
